Here at Barefoot Blooms we love to share our gardens with flower lovers. Garden tours are available by appointment only. Our gardens are located at two locations at opposite ends of Summerville. At one site, gardens have evolved using permaculture-based garden design and include a steep slope. At the other site, the gardens and greenhouses are tucked within the functioning Ironwood Farm. Both locations require comfortable, durable footwear. Friendly dogs, aloof cats, and many sheep are present.
Your garden tour will be sure to offer you not only an unbelievable variety of bountiful blooms, but also a wonderful conversation about sustainability concerns and successes of the flower industry. Your garden tour includes picking a small bucket of flowers to take home with you. Garden tours typically last 1.5 - 2 hours.
